What is QuranReading.sg?
We offer Quran tutoring and guidance by certified Asatizah at the comfort of your home.
Is your service open to all ages and both genders?
Yes! Our Asatizah are qualified to teach students of various ages, either male or female. as long as they are able to understand basic tutorial instructions.
Are there any additional materials and books required for my lessons?
Your teacher may recommend additional materials to help you better with your Quran reading. Do note that these additional materials may incur additional charges that are not part of your session fees.
Can I customise/change my lesson schedule?
During your initial registration, you may submit your preferred schedule for your lessons. Our administrators will also confirm your schedule again during the teacher-student matching process.
Once the schedule is set, we seek your cooperation to adhere with it, since your teacher has most likely committed their schedule as well.

What if I have no choice but to reschedule?
In the event, that you are not able to attend the scheduled session, you will have to notify QuranReading.sg administrators within 3 working days.
Changes done at the last minute may forfeit the session and you may not be able to replace the session on another day.

Can I cancel my registration/remaining class?
Please notify QuranReading.sg administrators if you are not able to attend all future scheduled session within 3 working days.

I would like to report a misconduct of my teacher.
Please notify QuranReading.sg administrators if your teacher:
- Frequently changes/cancels your sessions.
- Are teaching anything beyond the scope of Quran reading without reason.
- Are expressing opinions that may be deemed harmful.
- Has done any other disciplinary misconduct.
QuranReading.sg requires our teachers to conduct themselves in a professional manner and takes all reports of misconduct seriously.
